Elevate Aviation is now in its 10th year of inspiring youth across Canada through ACE On Tour (previously the Cross Country Tour). In 2025 alone, we visited 20 cities and reached over 1,000 youth with this inspirational program. Each full day event features dynamic guest speakers, lunch, and a behind the scenes tour of the local aviation community. Best of all, these events are offered at NO COST to participants or schools.
ACE On Tour creates space for youth ages 12-18 to see themselves in aviation. Throughout the day, participants meet female role models working across the industry including pilots, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, aircraft maintenance engineers, Royal Canadian Air Force members, or airport operations staff. Speakers share their stories, career journeys, and the pathways that brought them into aviation.
After a sponsored lunch, youth take part in behind the scenes tours of local aviation facilities. Depending on the city, this may include the airport, air traffic control tower, aircraft hangars, flight schools, or other aviation partners. These tours offer a rare opportunity to step inside real aviation environments and understand how the industry works.
ACE On Tour takes place in communities across Canada, giving youth hands-on exposure to aviation careers close to home. For many participants, the experience sparks new possibilities and makes future career paths feel within reach.

From 2015 – 2019 Elevate Aviation has travelled from coast to coast to bring in-person behind the scenes tours of the aviation industry to more than 20 cities across Canada each March. Unfortunately, ACE On Tour was cancelled due to public health restrictions and moved to an online platform from 2020 – 2022.
