Bursaries

At Elevate Aviation, we are committed to reducing barriers and creating accessible pathways into the aviation industry for women and underrepresented groups across Canada.

Pursuing a career in aviation requires dedication, focus, and often a significant financial investment.

In collaboration with aviation-focused organizations, we distribute bursaries to support individuals at every stage of their journey. By aligning with partners who share our commitment to equity and access, we are proud to collectively strengthen the support network available to aspiring and current aviation professionals. These bursaries are tailored to reflect the missions of each partner organization, focusing on underrepresented communities in aviation and supporting a wide range of career paths such as piloting, aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, engineering, and everything in between.

Our bursaries are designed to help alleviate the financial burden of expenses such as flight training, tuition, and certifications. In addition to financial support, recipients benefit from mentorship, networking opportunities, and career development resources that help them build a strong foundation for long-term success.
